We had a wonderful time in Colombia it was two of the best weeks of my life. I wound up with 293 birds on the trip with around 135 of them being lifers. Trevor and Benjamin were excellent guides and great people as well. The meals that Adela and Luz served were outstanding. The Sunday we went out on an all day hike and was I ever so surprised when they showed up with hot soup and a hot meal served on china. I couldn't believe that they went to that much trouble to serve us lunch, I would have been happy with a sandwich, but I think that that symbolizes the lengths that everyone went to to ensure a nice trip for us.
I would be happy to recommend a trip with Eco-Turs to anybody and hope I am able to enjoy another trip with you as well. I had an absolutely fantastic two weeks and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help and for the work you do for the birds.

This was a wonderful trip and that we had absolutely no problems with security, guerrillas etc. The transportation, accommodations and food were very good, especially given the remoteness of the location. For your next birding adventure, give ProAves/Ecoturs a chance and you will not be disappointed. The price for this 4 day private guided tour for two was less than $1,100 US. I can not think of a better deal if you want to go birding in a beautiful country.
